STEPS FOR COMMISSIONING
Send me an e-mail at sileoleosil@gmail.com or contact me on my socials (keep in mind that DMs might get lost, so I advise you contact me via email, too)
Tell me in as much detail as you can what you want me to draw, specifying the type of illustration you'd prefer between the ones described below and be sure to attach references if you have any (videogame screencaps, previously commissioned art or any other image that can help you describe your character). If you don't have any references and need help visualising the character, we can work on the concept together, keep in mind though, depending on the difficulty, this will add to the final cost of the illustration. *
If your commision is accepted I’ll present you with the commission contract for us both to sign, where the description of the work is outlined, along with payment terms, timeline, reproduction rights and copyright information. I will require half the payment upfront (or full payment if you prefer, via PAYPAL or STRIPE) and I will start the process after the payment is received.
The process is as follows:
1: sketch
2: possible changes after your feedback
3: final sketch
4: final rendering (if you request it, i can send additional images throughout the process to get feedback)Once the commission is complete, if you paid half upfront, I will request the rest of the payment and proceed to send you the finished commission via email.
*If you're interested in any other form of art from my portfolio, be it engraving, traditional watercolor or character art in traditional mediums just tell me, we can figure out the details together!

I will need the following personal information to be able to compile the invoice in accordance to my country's laws. I won't be able to release the artwork without this information: client's full name, client's billing address, plus codice fiscale for Italian residents.

Please specify if you need a commercial license for the commissioned artwork, as this may add to the final cost of the illustration. Every situation will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope, budget and reach of the project.

I highly advise you to address any changes to pose, perspective, and composition during the sketch stage, as making major changes during the rendering stage may add to the final price. Minor adjustments (small colors changes, alterations to small details, etc) to the commission after it's finished are free.
No full refunds past the first round of feedback.
If after revisions to the artwork the client is not satisfied with the final illustration, the artist will keep the art and half of the total price, but there will be no further obligations on the client’s part or on the artist’s part.

I'm open to painting NSFW pieces, keep in mind tough that we'll need to discuss the specifics and I retain the right to refuse the commission should it be outside of my comfort and/or abilities.

I don't have a unique timeline for my work, I'll estimate the timeline of your commission the moment I have a clear idea of your request. The illustrations shown above can take from a few days to months, depending on the complexity.
If you need to cancel or delay the commission, please let me know as soon as possible, so we can figure out how to move forward.
I do my best to answer to messages right away, but due to time zone differences it might take a few hours. If you don't hear from me after 24 hours, feel free to contact me through any of my socials, be it DM or comment, as I probably didn't see the original message.

You will be free to use the artwork for personal uses such as gifting to friends and family, printing, social media sharing or profile pictures (credit is appreciated). Any for-profit use of the artwork without a commercial license is prohibited.
Using my art for NFTs or to train any AI image generator is strictly prohibited.
